nicotine stains on new cloth

I have a billiard table I just put new cloth on. Laid the rails on it upside down. I do wet bed cloth. Now I have nicotice stains on the bed cloth. Any idea on how to get them out?. I tried oxyclean. Even tried a little thinner under the rail. Tide didnt work. Any ideas woild be appreciated.
