We are deeply saddened to announce that there will be no 14.1 Challenge at thus years Super Billiards Expo

We would like to thank everyone that has supported us in in the past 4 years and of course all of our incredible sponsors, you guys were all a huge help. Without all of you who pitched in the every year the event would of never been possible.

We do look forward to all the planning of the 2015 event and making it bigger and better than ever before, and we hope to see all of you guys there !!!!

14.1 Challenge at SBE

Steve, Heather, and Charles:

It has been my pleasure and privilege to support this wonderful event in a small way since its inception. I promise to do everything I can to assist you in bringing it back, bigger and stronger, for 2015.

To 14.1 fans everywhere:

If you love the Championship Game as much as I do, you will applaud folks like Charlie Williams, Dennis Walsh, Bob Jewett, Bill Maropulos, and the Mighty Three from Long Island for their efforts.
I'm afraid that in all those instances the organizers of straight pool events have gotten more guff than gratitude for their efforts.

Agreed, Gene! It has been my pleasure and privilege to help support this event since its inception as well, and I'm committed to helping you guys bring it back next year. Whatever it takes -- let me know!

Also, a big shout-out to all the folks that make this event and the DCC straight pool events possible. This includes not only the folks that Gene has named above, but also Mike Panzarella, Bob Mills, and anyone that supports the event with donations, help in the booth, spreading the word, etc.

Very sorry to see this event won't be at SBE this year, but we'll truck on. Next year!

Steve: Sorry to hear you are not doing it this year. On the bright side, look at all of the sleep you will get. :) These labors of love can sure take a lot out of you.

Hopefully, you guys will come back stronger than ever next year.
