No DCC ring games this year????

Are there not going to be any this year????

Since they have been such a favorite in year's past I would hate to see such a good thing end. They were a great kick-off for past DCC and now haven't heard anything about them.

Anyone know what is going on????

If I do have them, I hope they finally get it right. The way they always seem to be rushed at the end is a joke. They run out of time and then state, last game - everyone is all in.

I believe there is going to be one. The buy in is supposed to be $1500, instead of $3000. I think Grady is going to be handling it again.
 
WOW!!!

No real info yet as to if and who's is entered as of yet. This is usually a main topic around this time of year.

Grady always post something letting everyone know who is in and other details.

They have ring games scheduled for both Friday and Saturday nights, 8PM. Format and field TBD it looks like on their official schedule. There are always players interested, so I would definitely expect these to go off, no worries. It always draws a crowd too. I have no idea about sponsorship either this year or prior years, but with just the put-up money, that's a decent prize fund.

Last year Friday was the 10-ball and Saturday the Banks ring game, right?

When you think about how tough the field is, it really is a poor bet.

There WILL be a BANKS ring game (Fri nite). Grady is in charge and has 4 players confirmed when I spoke with him last.



NO 10 ball ring game is scheduled as of yet.

The Fatboy 10 ball mini is kind of taking it's place as of now.


If there is a ring game it would most likely be scheduled for Wed or Thur nite.


One of the things this year was the fact that Greg couldn't give out the perks that he could at the EX WEST since the casino wants a track record of their own. That's why the entry in the Banks ring game is lower this year.
