I don't really get "no sideways hats" and "no backpacks" but I do know that next time I'm in Vegas I'm using the toilet at Griff's.

Think about who all would be wearing their hat sideways. I'm guessing the backpack is to limit drugs and weapons ( and outside alcohol too ). Not sure if it's widely known, but Vegas does have a pretty bad gang problem. Same as all the other big tourist destinations; they focus their efforts at keeping the strip safe for tourists but stray a few blocks off.... well then good luck. It's exactly the same here in Bmore, The Inner Harbor specifically. Show up as a tourist and walk around the waterfront with your family thinking " oh my, all of this is so beautiful. If they even knew lol
