No straight pool challenges by pros during CV time?

I'm surprised none of the pros (as far as I know) have attempted high runs during this down time. Now seems like the time to take on Schmidt's 626. Perhaps not enough pros have access to a table and/or they find the number too intimidating to try.

And away we go.

i think the table access but also they might be looking for day jobs or working them
just speculation

The pros don't earn their living at 14.1. Those having access to a table during the pandemic would surely opt to stay sharp at the games at which they can earn a living.

I can't imagine why anybody would focus on a big run at straight pool unless there was big money put up for a world record run.

I understand that, but I was just thinking that with no significant tournaments coming up in the foreseeable future that keeping one sharp with a tangible goal to reach would be intriguing to some.
