North Mississippi mech needed

Happy new year to all.

I purchased a used table in VERY good condition about 1 year 3 months ago. I was just starting to build a new home and put alot of thought and effort into a billiard room. I want it to be the best it can be.

I broke the table down and packed it for storage. I fully understood that it would take a more qualified individual to get it up and recover it. The only option I found was in Jackson, MS. It was a retail store, out of respect I will leave their name out of this, but I did not get what I wanted.

The store not only sent someone who was more interested in telling me how good they were at this job and more interested in getting home than doing a good job....but they insisted that I use materials that I did not really want. I wanted simonis and made it clear that I was willing to pay for it, but he almost did not want the job if he had to use what I wanted.

This table was erected and recovered in early November '08...as bad as I hate to, I think I am going to envoke the "live and learn" rule and have this thing recovered; it is not level, one rail is goofy and the cloth has more lint than a depression era blanket.

I looked at the mech directory thread, but did not really see anyone in my immediate area.....if anyone is coming through this area (around Starkville, MS) in the near future, please PM me.

I'll be working on a GC in Guntown, MS later this month on my way back to the Diamond factory in Indiana.
