For our Nov tournament, we had eight players. Everyone had a good time, as usual. Format of seven points or 14 innings worked well. This month I also, was able to start the tournament early by making the random draw be your entrance through the door. So the first two people to arrive played, as soon as they'd warmed up. Then the next two guys through the door and so on. That saved us quite a bit of time, as we had several overtime matches this month.
