Merry Christmas to all the AZers. For those traveling this week we wish you all a safe Christmas holiday. Merry Christmas to all our troops who frequent the AZ Forum - we have received emails from several of you. Want to share our Christmas card with you - we are blessed and will be traveling down this snowy road to "grandma's house" this year.

Absoultely awesome scenery, Jack. Makes me want to pack it in and move to "Big Sky" country, how much per acre nowadays? ;)

Wishing the best to you and yours as well.

Out in cow country its 5-10K with the brokers. Sometimes you can get it for less (maybe it has more trees than range land or doesn't have rights to irrigation or water source). Of course you have to put in your own well, septic system, power from county road, and there is no trash pick up! But what scenery!!!!

So... 20 acres of land @ $7500 or so, plus $250k for well, septic, power and house would be about $400k ...

I guess that's better than paying 3.5 MM or so here :(

Eric >still daydreaming
