BRICKMAN IS A BRICKMASON ;) And for the UMPTEENTH time all I did was relay a message from an attorney WHICH MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE BEEN A MISTAKE ON MY PART ( the jury is still out on that decision :D )

I didnt read the entire article.....but It would appear to me that one of the lower courts would have agreed with the attorney I spoke with. And it also appears to me that this case was won...then had to go through an appeal or several appeals before being overturned by the supreme court.....that must have been expensive ;) :D .

Thanks ugotda7 , for remebering me though.....but I guess I will stick with Building, Buying and Selling houses.....and leave the lawyering to the lawyers :D Who knows I prolly wont even repeat what an attorney says ever again....as It seems that a few people got their panties all in a bunch.....and poor little ole shorty is still all puffed up about it, as he is still making little ignorant comments on any thread I start :D :p :cool: ....and all I did was relay a message LOL...

SERIOUSLY.....I wonder how much it did cost ....by the time this case went through all the appeals.......I bet it was some serious change LOL

I think he could get great use out of reading this article. It may clear up some of the bad info and confusion he has regarding defamation law and how it's being applied to the internet at least in the state of Delaware.
