Scott Lee isn't a top pro, but he is a top instructor and I believe he lives in FL. He travels a lot so you might PM him if you are interested. He is responsive.
 
Ray Martin is somewhere in FL still giving lessons. His screen name on here is ghostball (one word, another member has the name ghost ball, 2 words).
