is there anyone who has and can install the huebler style insert in a regular or non huebler shaft, if so what would be the total cost ?

Hello, any cue repairman, should be able to do it, it is not difficult. If I am building a shaft for a customer there is no additional charge, if I have to modify and existing shaft, I would charge the same price that I would charge to replace a shaft insert $25 dollars.
However, remember prices for any billiard repair will differ in different parts of the country.
