What other cue builder used a Nylon insert in there shafts. I know Huebler did. Been trying to ID a cue with no luck. Sent it to Huebler and he said not one of his cues. Someone said maybe a National cue but there is no Info on them. Someone said maybe a Mali just really like to know who the maker is I bought the cue in Virginia around 1999 used.

I know of no manufacturer other than Huebler who used them. I'm sure there are a number of replacement shafts floating around however that were built with the nylon inserts for replacement shafts for Huebler customers.

Hello:
The cue pictured appears to be an ASH-6 series cue. Im not for sure on the date of production. I would be interested in knowing who you took the cue to because my sources(who are pretty reliable) tell me Paul Huebler passed on about 2 years ago. I have a friend here in town who used to work for paul and could probaly tell you more. Pm if you would like to discuss more

Huebler

As in passed away? I talk to Mr Huebler about six months ago and was his usual self very fun to talk to his memory fails him some but not to bad. Bought cue from him last March .Doesn't get the credit he deserves I don't think for his workmanship his leather wraps are incredible good luck finding the seam .Sorry didn't mean to hijack this thread.
