O.B. 121 Bocote Sneaky Pete Like New $200

So when did you dispute the paypal payment?
Be clear in your answer. 2 days?
You have done nothing but slander the seller. If you had handled me this way I wouldn't take it as he had. He ignored you as you have acted the fool.

Show a screen shot of when you filed your dispute. I am sure you won't because it wouldn't serve you.

Dude! Once again all of your questioning goes to the buyer....why is that? Have you asked the seller to publically post anything here that might prove he acted responsibly?
Have you asked the seller to explain his actions? I have not seen that from you but rather, you've repeatedly explained what his inaction MAY have stemmed from.
pookster has nothing to prove here. He has a reputation and a history here. The seller? Very little of either.

I'm going to guess that whatever it is you have been smoking is not legal. It must be some good stuff if you really believe the craps that it's coming out of your mouth.

It amazes me that you can really think that pookster had done anything wrong.

You last 3 posters are irrational.
The seller never entertained a second offer. Simply a second buyer posted in the listing that he would take it. Precisely why such communications should only be by PM.

Pookster misinterpreted that posting and thought he was being ripped off.

Seller sees the payment disputed 2 days after the sale and reads the chitstorm that is being written here. He can't ship the cue as payment is now being contested. So he let's the process continue with paypal just as Pookster initiated.

He will surely have his money returned. All this drama is ridiculous for a cue...especially one v that sold for under 200 bucks.

How do you buy a cue with a payment you dispute less than 48 hours later?
You sir have the pipe in your hands.

I'll propose a solution to this. It will be my last post on this take it or leave it.
I'll buy the cue for $165.00 shipped so the paypal fees are covered. When I receive the cue, I'll sell it to pookster for that same $160.00 that he paid for it. I'll eat those fees and the shipping charges to send the cue to pookster.
The only condition is that the cue is in the condition it was advertised at before the seller deleted his OP. My recollection is that it was described as "like new". Correct me if I'm wrong.
That's my offer. It's up to the seller to reply here in this thread that he agrees to my terms. If pookster does not want the cue I'll sell it to someone/anyone else here at the same $160.00 so it is clear that I'm not looking to make a dime on this transaction.

What happened to me? I thought I was the one getting the cue.... Until I found it was apparently sold to someone else as well. Thankfully I didn't send payment yet.

Wow. BOLD statement. Couldnt ask for more on this one unless ....(fill out the blank).

You may as well, everybody else has.
I may even send him a couple of hundred just to join in on the fun.

you sir miss the point!

if seller refunds the money then the "Dispute" goes away??? Why is seller waiting to refund the money??? Pookster gets his money returned and problem solved.

Seems like seller is waiting for PAYPAL to force his hand in returning the funds. Seller ships the cue and produces tracking/shipping info and "Dispute" goes away. But, the do nothing and retain possession on BOTH the cue and the funds is theft by deception!!!

Your assertion that he "Can't ship the cue" is incorrect and misguided. He can ship the cue and provide the shipping information to PAYPAL. The funds were not returned to Pookster. So, it is safe to say the funds have been removed from the Paypal account. Paypal reverses deals all the time if the funds are in their system and available. Once they move to another bank or used in a transaction then the funds are no longer in THEIR system to reverse.

So, either send the cue or paypal the funds back to Pookster!!! There is nothing else!!!

No pookster sought mediation by paypal and that's what he will get. In a couple weeks maybe, but that is the process he employed. He was at no risk here if he were patient and didn't overreact.

Seller would be a fool to ship cue when disputed payment was entered in under 2 days. It is not reasonable to expect this remedy. You kid yourself if you think you would do this.

Yes seller probably did withdraw the payment. ...When he thought he had a sale. Then payment was disputed. What can he do but let paypal handle it??

still no reply and I think he just put a tracking number that the item was sent already on july 3rd in my paypal cause there's a tracking number in my paypal and when I track it...it say delivered on july 3rd already and it came from where he at...is it's possible?

You continue to be caught up on shipping as "Foolish" and the remedy is not "reasonable" you say? But, keeping both the cue and funds for an unspecified period of time is OK???

You ask "what can he do" contact paypal and send Pookster his money. Paypal dispute resolution can facilitate that and alleviate any and all concerns. He could send the cue to paypal dispute resolution even and they would facilitate the sale and transfer of the goods.

So please tell everyone here that paypal does not do these things I mentioned and has not tried to resolve this in a timely manner. Please try to sell us all on the story line, that the seller has been in "limbo" all this time with no reasonable way to get pookster his cue or his money!!!

yea I did that cause you were try to sell to someone else after we made a deal and you never reply back to my PM at all so I had to do what I had to do to protect my money but I did sent you like 10 messages and call all the 3 phone number you have on your selling tread and they all BOGUS phone number! so really I don't even know if you regit! but I'll wait and see now...Oh did you put a fake tracking number in paypal?

Your an Idiot you never wanted the cue you wanted to start drama

LOL if I didn't want a cue why the F&*K would I sent you the payment??? and this is my first freaking drama on AZ and I will try to let it be my last cause I f&*king sick of this chit! MAN UP BRO!

Based on this screen shot timeline

Payment on the 8th
Stopped on the 9th
Screen shot on the 11th
Today is the 13th

Pooky needs to call Paypal as it appears they have his money and caught the funds just in time before they were released. It reads pending and the seller may not have access to the funds to send them back to pookster. But does seem very odd to take as screen shot on the 11th and not post it till the 13th. Check the date on the bottom right!!! Today that status could read totally different you just never know.
