OB-1 Shaft For Sale

I told that i am not 100% sure. Tomorrow morning i can make a quick visit the local mail company and ask them. All the packeages i have received or send express or priority starts with "EE' or "EH"

So, there's no online tracking, but if Jason calls ParcelForce and claims it is lost he can ask them to run a trace.

Or Monto you could also phone ParcelForce yourself and inquire, assuming the long distance charges aren't more than the shaft :P

Monto I originally read it that perhaps Jason hadn't provided you a working tracking number. But the number you're listing is apparently a valid number; just not trackable online. So, that's a different issue (that online tracking wasn't purchased). This is one example of why I always, and I do mean always, pay extra for a tracking number whether I'm a buyer or seller.

cp in front of the number is trackable with parcelforce but not on there website....you either have to call them or track it on the country of receipt tracking site.
i agree that you should have had some contact with jason by now....if he sent the shaft std international it should take 5-7 working days i believe.
 
He gave me this number on 5th october and never said it cannot be tracked.I have had several tracking numbers starting with CP and all worked.

Whether it works or not works is not the point only thing jason says is its enroute. But for how long?The cue i bought the shaft for has already been sold.I just thing jason should act more responsibly
 
Still no reply from jason.

I went to local post office and they say they cannot help track it.

I dont know what to execpt filing a claim with paypal if its not too late
 
File a Paypal claim IMMEDIATELY! If the shaft eventually shows up, then you can talk about how long it will take you to send the money... again. ;) And, why is the seller's rep still green after all of this?

I made the payment to jason on 30th september 2008


it is really unfortunate that i have to do this.:(

If i ever receieve the shaft i will repay jason or will send him shaft back minus shipping

Parcel Force have made me look like a complete idiot and apologise for this.

1) Shaft has been sent. Offered partial refund. There's not much more I can do there.

2) Keefy...... I'm thinking straight.
 
Let cooler heads prevail. Sounds like Jason is trying to do the fair thing. I don't condone his poor communication skills but he is returning 1/2 of the agreed price and says he'll return the other half if the shaft is not received. Perhaps he is the victim of the parcel post carrier. I'd give him the benefit of the doubt for another week or so. Hopefully things will work out and you'll receive the shaft - at 1/2 the original price.

I will give him 2 more weeks. If shaft does not arrive he can send me a full refund after 2 weeks. Fair enough?:)
 
Shaft arrived today

Hi jason,

Shaft arrived today in perfect condition.

Here are pics of the shaft and the package, according postage stamps on the packet the shaft was shipped on 3/11/08
That was 4 days after i filed a claim with paypal and one month and four days after i made payment for the shaft.

At least one case is resolved...but still Jason is under probation ;)... I am glad that everything went fine for you Monto.
 
Probation? The fact that a claim was filed, and the item was shipped after the claim filed is just bull. Even if the shaft arrived in perfect condition dosn't say anything IMO. All the tracking numbers that were given were fake. So that said, it felt more like a scam rather than anything else!

Probably the thread caught too much attention, and that he suddenly had a change of mind, thus shipping the shaft. Also not fogetting having a claim filed against him. Who knows.



The facts still remains:

30/09/08 - Item was paid for.

05/10/08 - Jason provided a fake tracking number claiming the item was shipped.

29/10/08 - Paypal claim was filed to get back the money

03/11/08 - Item was FINALLY shipped.



Look at the timeline and the dates, and all the hassle going on. Blacklisted in my books, and i'm sure many others. I also gave a -ve rep to JasonDevanney for his dishonesty.
