Ob break shaft

I just won a ob break cue like 2 weeks ago and tonight when i was playing the tip break off.i don't know if i should let someone from ob know about this or just get a new tip done?what do you think guys?
 
Of Course,

try to contact RBC here in the forum- Royce will help you-i bet. From that what i heard about OB-Cues they re standing behind their products and used to have a really good contact to the scene and a good customer-service.

RBC is the AZ Billiards name for RoyceB, and he is the owner(i believe) of ob cues. I can assure you that they stand by their products and that he will do his best to resolve any issues. Look up RBC.
 
Royce is Royce Bunnell, and he is Mr OB Cues. He's a great guy, they stand behind their stuff like a rock, and he'll take good care of you.
I don't know if this is happening with any frequency - I doubt it - but...
Royce, if you're reading this - I think it would be a good idea to start cutting those Samsara JB tips down in height about 20%. They are awfully tall & may contribute to this on some small level. As JB tips they are THE nuts.

Don't put just any tip on the shaft, OB comes with a Samsara break/jump tip and its the best leather b/j tip available.

i assume the height of tip was too big that made it fall off.i didn't want to shape it down because i thought it was designed to be like that.

i also forgot to mention here that the pad broke off too that's why brought it up in here.i think Samsara break/jump tip is one best
