OB Lift pro

Hey everyone
I hope this isn't the wrong place to ask but no one at OB cues has responded to this question I have. I recently picked up the lift pro and upon testing it out the tip flew off and I couldn't find it. The shaft on that cue has the laminated ferrule but its hollow inside. Just wondering what I need to get it back in working condition. For example does a piece of g10 or phenolic need to be machined to fit in the void so I can glue the tip on? Is there supposed to be a carbon fiber pad glued to the ferrule like the 1st gen OB shafts? Thanks for any input.

I'm glad that someone in the office noticed the thread and reached out to you. They'll take good care of you.

I hadn't seen your PM to me until today. I've been out of the country for several days and wasn't able to get back to AZ for any length of time.

This does bring up a good point about communication.

I do watch the forums quite closely. I do so to keep up with the market and our customers as well as being able to see about possible issues that come up. But, the forums and the PM systems here are a very poor form of communication to actually handle the issues or solve problems. Remember, they are based on anonymity, and the first thing we must have to help someone is their identity. Therefore, in order to resolve any problems or issues, it is always necessary to contact us through the channels that we've created just for these purposes.

There are 2 methods to contact OB for issues, concerns, or just questions in general.

The first is to use the "contact us" link at the top of our webpage, www.obcues.com.
The second is to call us. We're open 8:30 to 5:30 Central time, Monday through Friday. Our number is 972-578-9100, or 877-399-9901.

Warranty information and how to get warranty service can also be found in the warranty section of our website.

I hope this helps!

Thanks Royce
I did go through the OB website which is most likely how I was contacted through email regarding my question. I was being a little impatient and I am sorry for that. I know that not every single question a customer has can get answered right away. Thanks for the response.
