Now this looks awesome.... props to Justin and the TAR guys for making this one happen. My cash is on the old guy though :embarrassed2:

what did SVB/Orcollo race to in 8 ball and one pocket?
What did Corey/Schmidt race to in 8 ball and one pocket?

Now you get the oldest against the youngest and the races are extended, wow. good match though

Sadly I don't think Efren can win this.

I think he shoots good enoguh to go with SVB, but in the 8-ball and 10-ball his break compared to SVB's is a giant achilles heel.

Dennis Orcullo's own break let him down against SVB in 8-ball against SVB and Dennis actually breaks pretty well, one hell of alot better then Efren.

Efren will get out on most of the racks he gets to look at but after winning a game he will break dry too many times and SVB will smack him with too many packages due to his break simply giving him that many more first shots at the table after the break.

Efrren as good as he is/was has always had one of the weaker breaks for the professional level, let alone compared to the best breaker on the planent atm.

I'd buy the DVD. I almost never have time to watch these streams but I can watch DVD's on my own time. Thanks for doing it nonetheless Justin. You still owe me a match btw, as I never was able to get the last one to work(I hear ya'll got the problem fixed since then though so that's cool).

rooting for the old guy

I'm in!

This is great, cant wait.

I think Efren wins, you dont need a great break in 8Ball and one on one in a all arounfd I think his confidence will Very High!

Nice!! This is a classic match up, can't wait! Congrats and TY to Justin and the TAR team for making this happen.

Best,
Mo

Justin, I tried to check out the seating availability at the site, but I couldn't find anything. Maybe my brain's still a little dehydrated from last night. I'll be down there during that time and am curious as to the cost. This will be something special, that's for sure.

This is an epic match up but one I cannot watch. Anyway thanks to TAR, OB, CSI, and Kamui. I'm getting married that weekend and my new wife will divorce me if I'm sneaking pool on our wedding night!

I think it will be tough for Efren, who hasn’t been playing that well. And SVB’s eyes are a lot younger. I’d say Efren might win the 1-hole, but I don’t like his chances much in the other games.

It will be a lot of fun to watch, though.

I think Shane is gonna make a clean sweep. It will be close, but I'd say Efren is more of an underdog than Shane. Efren can definitely still play well, but he's not the Efren from the 80's/90's.

it's all good
efren wins...he got lucky again
efren loses...he's the underdog anyways
even before the match started...efren already won
