Cut it off & replace it with a very long flexible ferrule.
Did you buy it new? I'm not sure how long the warranty is, but I have heard that OB is very much customer satisfaction oriented.
Good Luck.
Stay Well & Stop Breaking with It.
Good idea, I'll tell him to use surgical tubing.![]()
you have to buy the shaft new and register it within 90 days to get a warranty.
Thanks.

So there is a warrantee.
As an aside, whats the joint?1 1/2 year old OB 2 shaft has separation of wood behind the ferrule.
Is there a guarantee?
What to do?

Shane Sinnott is a long time contributor to this site, so when he gets a moment, he'll prolly get in touch with you. I think he's off to a billiard expo in Asia right now.

I know a guy who had the same problem. The ferrule and shaft split in half. According to him OB told him it wasn't covered because the tip was too thin.

You could try googling "ob cues warranty" or "ob cues phone number" and similar depending on your preferred mode on contact.
Or am I missing something?
I already put the contact link in the 3rd post to this thread. Don't know what the big issue is here. Just call Shane...
