Well then I guess I'm confused then because his site has nothing about pool.

John Hager senior makes a very nice case. You let him know what material you want to make the case out of and he will make it. He has a serial # on all of his cases in case it were to be stolen you have a way to recognizing it. His website is http://jwhager.com/toc.htm.
I am saving up to buy one. They are not cheap but there are awesome. He use to live in Texas but he has recently moved to Georgia. I could go on and on about them but you will have to check them out for yourself.

I had a local guy, Ken Timm of Sleepy Hollow Leather, make a soft black leather case. It is probably his first and last cue case. Cost about $150.
I gave him an old torn vinyl case to use as a pattern, since it was his first.

It turned out great. Great quality but low profile for taking into bars.

Got pics? Thanks, Jim

I've been looking for a leather case too. I've found that the leather tooling guys that usually don't make cases charge as much or a lot more for a 1x2 than the full time case makers. And most of the ones I 've seen samples of don't have very good interiors. Just what I've found and I'm still looking. I've got a McD case I'm going to recover some time soon. I've done it once, but had to take it all off and just haven't tried again.
