Odega Tip Question

Hey Everyone,

I recently purchased an Odega tip. The logo side obviously has a logo but the side that doesn't has a fairly deep indention dead center. Is this normal for this tip? I have seen small holes on a tip before but never an indention. I asked the seller and he said it was normal and that it was the glue side. For anyone who has installed this tip, can you confirm this is accurate?

I have used Odega break tips for years and they always had that small indentation. Yes that is the glue side. Great break tip btw.
