Daz needs a miracle (kinda like Orcullo vs Daz on TAR day 3...)

Busty breaks dry. Daz now on a tough 3 he must take on. Sweetly made, now is in line, no issues ahead.
 
Why the heck is Daz cut breaking? Breaks dry. Leaves CB at foot rail, 1 ball up table. Busty pushes. Daz gives it back.

Busty goes for a 2 way cross bank, misses, CB should have scratched but instead hangs. Daz misses a long shot.
 
Busty cuts a little 1 ball 10 footer down the rail. Is in the line a s the fat lady warms up.

Holy cow, he over draws the 2 and hooks himself!
 
Daz with an open table, also overdraws - on the 7. Steep cut made on the 8 that freezes on the 9. Holy heck. Plays safe.

Foot to head for Busty on the 9.

I know sometimes we can't all spend the time or dime to watch every PPV, but yet we still want to be in touch. I intentionally waited until the 6th rack to post updates, believeing I wouldn't hurt PPV sales - if someone hadn't bought the feed by rack 6, they weren't going to.

The matches tomorrow are going to be awesome. I hope as many as possible get the chance. 1st match is at 12:40 est. They just announced the matchups, but I forget most.

I do recall Earl plays Busty at 9 pm though!

I soooooooooooooooo dislike slop rules. Two of the best players in the world, and the match -- in a single-elimination event -- ends on a total slop shot.

For the life of me, I can't understand why Busty shot that last shot as he did. God doesn't try to cut a foot to head 10 footer, 85 degree cut, - the 9 ball was 10 feet away from the 10! And to shoot it at high speed indicates no safe was intended - that CB was on roids!

If Daz gets that rack it's 10 - 9. Can someone explain what Busty was thinking on his Sloppy Joe shot?

Nah, it would have been 10 - 8 (match ended at 11 - 7). So Darren would still have had a way to go, but you never know.

As to what was in FB's head, I guess he thought he could make it (the 9)!

Ooops, I slipped a game. Thanks AtLarge.

I just scratch my head - no one tries that cut, right? 10 feet away, 9 ball was maybe 2 inches off the rail MAX, 18 inches away from the pocket.

Regardless, Busty deserved to win, he played better. He played GOOD! When Daz one stroked and dogged that 10 ball after a nice clearing on rack 5 - that hurt, big.
