Nice guy too. Congrats and nice job on the double dip.
18-7 the last two sets? That's damn strong and it must of felt good to get some revenge.
That is strong for sure. Also, I watched a few of his matches and didn't see him pick anything off the table in any of them. Actually the only thing I saw him picking was the balls out of the pocket after each and every runout. That guy is an amazing player and it was a treat to watch pool being played at such an amazingly high level.bud green said:You can "pick" on Johnny all you want but he's a monster and we all wish we played like him.

Now that is funny.Hunter said:What a great weekend of pool...thanks to all who made it possible! There was always a great game to watch. As usual, the top pros were phenomenal. I was also really impressed by several of the players that you don't see a lot of on TV, as well. Oscar Dominguez was on fire! Mitch Ellerman is always an amazing young gun to watch. Hill Billy was having a great tourney. I think he basically just wore his opponents down, as all his games ran really long no matter who he was playing.
It was also a pleasure watching Jimmy M. and Prince (Dennis) taking turns sharking Earl! I don't know how you guys could do that to Earl telepathically like you did. I also know you guys had to be mystically responsible for that lady that was sitting in the bleachers opening a bag of chips that caused Earl's loss to Tony, too!
It was a pleasure meeting Jay, and he did a great job of refereeing and shutting the old drunk guy up that kept hollering "strychnine" at Earl and trying to bet everyone around him on every single shot in the match (probably an Orender/Mendoza plant, as well!).
Thanks to Chuck, Jim, Bull, Sara, and all the rest of the crew that helped everything run smoothly. Also a shout out to Garth and Jude for their color commentary and for buying me a drink!
Let's do this again real soon!
