Wait until the Muslims take over the USA and everyone has to conver to the Muslim religion. Then all the women will have to wear Burkas to hide their bodies so as not to tempt us poor weak men.

Thanks Jim! I honestly would like to keep up with the status, but for me personally it's not worth reading through all the blather. It's like reading a bad book because you know there's something useful in one of the chapters.

No. They have cancelled one tournament, London, and "postponed" 13 tournaments, Chicago, Vegas (2), and 10 previously planned tournaments for 2007.

Also, the qualifying fees were not increased from $500 to $2000. Rather, they were increased from $1,000 for the July Venetian tournament (there was a $500 option if you wanted to play for half the prize fund and forego getting on the money list) where the prize fund was $1.5M, to $2,000 for Reno where the prize fund was $3M (and there was the $1,000 option again). Entry fees for qualifying tournaments to get either the 2006 players card or the 2007 card were always $2,000.

1000 for vegas
1500 for reno and
2000 for the 2007 qualifier.

Not quite correct, KT also announced a 1k half prize money option for the 2007 qualifiers, this got scrapped without explanation...of course we all know why of course! :rolleyes:
