You want to rewrite history and it isn't going to happen.
All I said to you is that you have 9/8 for $100 a game and I will take a $500 beating.
Your "group" turned that into a challenge to play a race to seven for 20k.
I said no and then said I would play you for 10k. You declined with a bunch of insults and no game was made. Then you continually brought it up on here whenever you thought you could use it to knock me. I repeatedly told you the offer was good.
That's exactly how it went down and not any other way.

No I don't. If I cared I would have taken the solid advice I got before the first match and negotiated a rematch before we played.
As I said to you when I am ready I will ask you formally to play a rematch and if you say no then that's what it will be.
I will ask until I decide not ask any more. Or maybe I won't ask you because I don't like you or liesomemore. In any event nothing will happen until I am ready and that might be tomorrow and might be never.
Lou, the only reason I would want to play you again is to redeem myself in the eyes of the folks who were kind enough to help me in my journey towards the match. I know I can play a lot better than I did and I would like to prove that to them and myself.
They are not unhappy with me, possibly disappointed that I didn't apply the lessons they taught me consistently, but still proud of me for standing up to you and your co-bully Lalumiere and to the other bully who was present.
All the emotion that went into the match, the years of harassment from you and Lalumiere and Eric was all erased for me when the final ball dropped. Although it's still part of the fabric of our lives I am not obsessed by it any more.
All I want to do is play again and see if I can do better the second time. But I don't want it so bad as to be obsessed by it. That's why I feel no pressure to write a "ballad" or whatever you called the spun tale you wrote up. I said what I wanted to say in those threads and when I write something up it will not be to contradict your points but instead to lay out my perspective on what it was like for an average open-minded player to march towards a ten thousand dollar match.
You don't want to play or you want to play games about whether you will or won't....and why makes not a bit of difference to me. My life continues on and I have another experience to savor. You can list it on your resume' along with Montana 8 Ball champion, when was that again?, that you beat John Barton for 10k that you divided up among your backers.
