Here's a beautiful old classic 1970 Josswest cue with 2 original shafts. Butt: 16.13oz with 5x16-14 pin and SS collar, dead straight...butt cap was professional changed Shaft 1: 4.05 oz, 13 mm Straight Shaft 2: 3.70 oz, 12.75 mm (minor taper roll, but roll straight) Both the butt and shafts roll straight together and apart.

I have one just like it with tan linen wrap ...signed Joss for nick varner....dan janes confirmed he made it for nick along with a few others...

Super nice JW....also have the original butt cap that I picked up as well....butt cap will be replace when I have a chance to get someone to work on it :)

This design was for sure one bill strouds distinct catalog designs. I’ve never seen another maker do it with the two ivory rings bordering the maple boxes like stroud did it. This is for sure a Joss west cue in my opinion. If you look up old joss west catalogs in google images you’ll find this cue.

This is a photo of the butt sleeve on my 1974 Joss West cue.

My Joss West looks very much like the one for sale.

The black butt cap does look attractive, in my opinion.
