Thought you all might be interested in this. It's a program for a billiards tournament from 1951 in Argentina with a bunch of autographs from the players. Not looking to sell it, just wanted to share photos of it.

Nice.

Interesting that photos of President and Eva Peron are included. She died less than a year later.

WOW!!! What a memory jogger. When I was about 15 or 16, in the early 1950's at McGuirrs Billiard Academy in NYC (Roseland bldg locn)
The Navarro brothers were passing through. One of them, I believe it was Jay or Juan, gave a 10-15 minute demonstreation of trick shots or artistic billiards. He really made magic with ivory balls.
The other berother, Enrique, I think was more oriented to the 3 cushion discipline.

Ipktfool, you are an interesting fellow. Outspoken; but neveretherless, interesting

Georgie, you might be thinking of someone else, similar name, who frequents the Carom forum ;).

Ipktfool, great piece of history you have there, thanks for sharing.

My apologies to 1pktfool, I was thinking of the other one...Sorry.
Still a memory jogger, though
