Old cue ID

Anyone know of some old cues that had the pin in the shaft. Sorry no pics. Teammate has one.

Now days the pin in the shaft generally means a very cheap cue. Back in the day there were many two piece cues made like that including Brunswick and Katz. Dufferin may still use this technique. I have made two miniature replicas of vintage Brunswick's cues but to me it makes more sense to have the female side in the shaft.
