Old Helmstetter

I know Richard Helemstetter started Adams, and made cues. A friend of mine purchased this cue and wants to refinish it and was wondering what it is worth. Has Helmstetter on forearm.

They should be worth a lot more , but realistly 2-400 . It is a shame , nice cue . Jim

underrated

I agree with u jim as I own a raymond calvert with the year 1989 right underneath the signature and I still love pulling it out of the case once in awhile and I still can shoot with it like it was the year 1990 oh yeah it was built in the helmstetter shop its just a great cue to me always dependable from jay
