Old J&J pin

I came across an old J&J this weekend again that had what seemed like a 3/8-12 flat root pin. This is not the same pin as the new quick release no insert on this one. Does anyone know, not think, know what the pitch or tpi is on that pin. The minor is close to 0.306 couldn't get exact as I didn't have a comparator in my pocket. Might have to get a set of wires for this reason.

As I stated in the original post do you know this or just pontificating? Also what pitch? It is not 9mm the major is closer to 9.5.
 
This is the wrong pin. The qr is a 14 thread. This is not that pin. Now you are quoting KJ.. KJ has my number and knows how to get in touch if he chooses. Please don't post what you don't know. It is a waste of everyones time.
 
My apologies as there may be some confusion pertaining to this particular pin. The specs that I stated (9mm x 14), were for the CueTec pin.

I know J and J had that funny pin and just thought you confirmed it and that the old one was the same.
My bad.
I've seen those odd East South pins as well that might be the same.
My bad to both of you.
