A photo would help a lot. When you say old is it 90's or 80's.

It's probably worth reconditioning. I say probably because we don't know the current condition...it might be firewood.
I believe that's a "gold letter" JOSS, they tend to hold decent value and are appreciating I think. Of course, the more plain cues like the N-3 are worth less than cues with points.
