If everything is straight and it has full size shaft, it's worth from $950 to $1,300 depending on how bad you want to sell it.

I agree with the $650-700 suggestion.

Those who are offering higher opinions, let me suggest they make that an offer and then you buy it.

Ken

Isn'nt that increase the value

Just my .02. Rather than defending the price of your cue. If you want to sell it, The cue is worth exactly what someone will pay for it. Ask $1300 and accept best offers and you will find out exactly what it is worth. I will get you started. My offer if the cue is undamaged and straight is $800.

Very nice Joss West, your decision to hold onto it was a good one.
My Joss West from that vintage is a terrific playing cue.

Market pricing would be around $1000 if everything is straight.
If the cue was for sale and I was interested, my max offer would be $875 with one shaft.
Probably worth more, but the market is what it is.

I'm a big collector of JW cues---take the 800 and run.

BTW, really hard to swallow that a cue between 33 - 40 years old has never been played with.

I'm sure you've been told that, but, well.....

IMO $800 is ALL of the money for that cue...Yes, it is like new and very nice, and that's why it is worth the $800.. Take it!
