I live in the RP and availability is often times a problem. I'm not driving to/or in Manila to get a new cue tip. If it's laminated it's probably going to de-laminate from the heat or age rather quickly. I've been through the Pinoy fire drill many times. I've settled on LePro and Elk Master as a backup. They are consistent in this environment.
