Old Palmer Question. Anyone?

I have this old Sneaky Pete in very good condition. It has a Palmer sticker on the butt and 4 points. It also has a pencil drawn #4 on both ends where the joint meets. Any info would be awesome.

This was the closest I've seen but not even close.

The Pete Margo Bullet Collection was the closest but they are nothing like this.

With a clear plastic sticker. Made after the fall of the Palmer name.
