old Pechauer, new Joss shaft?

i just bought an old Pechauer cue with the old 5/16 14 pin. the shaft looks just like a Joss shaft. are they interchangable? thanks.

If Its 14 It Should Fit Thread Wise. Pilot May Be Too Big But That Can Be Taken Down. Ive Owned Many Joss Cues That Were 14 Thread. Few 3x8-10 And Now They Do Some Radails. If Its Piloted Its 14

it is a piloted joint. it looks just like a Joss shaft, but I can't be sure yet. I guess I'll have to wait until it gets shipped to find out. thanks.

''IF'' the pin is totally threaded 5/16x14 it should work unless the pilot is too big!!if the pin is J.P.'s speed pin it wont take a Joss shaft without modifying the pin(which might be difficult to do)

its the old style Pechauer pin, not the newer speed joint.
