Customer at my pool hall brought me this cue. I've bought a few from him now, his grandfather left them to him.
I've come to the conclusion this cue was built between 1980-1983. stitch rings, sharp points, and original micarta ferrules!
The R12 is a stained Birdseye forearm with ebony points,3 veneers, and ivory diamonds. Ebony butt sleeve with ivory diamonds and ebony boxes with veneers. I believe it is Cartland also , but I'm not positive.
The condition of this cue is pretty good considering its age. It's got battle scars and wounds. A few scratches and nicks in the finish. One shaft has a little "dime roll" . The othe shaft rolls perfectly straight. A refinish along with a new wrap is recommended .
Butt weighs 16.58 oz.
Both shaft weigh 4.03 oz
One shaft is 12.86 mm the other is 12.90 mm
