Maybe something like a Schmelke? Simple dot inlays in a full splice conversion. They did a lot of that.... But the butt cap etc looks different.

Likely not anything valuable or it would not have been cut...I hope....

5/16 X 18, and those wide joint collars? I assume you're kidding about this being a Tasc, right?

I assumed this was an older Adam that someone converted to a multi-purpose cue.

Maybe Pete converted it in the mid/late 70's... I dont know. Just noticing the tounges..:)
