Old school [][][][][][][][][][][]

Like i said i build what the customer orders, it's my geometry of the design of the propeller and the peacock in this cue..i will keep building what the customer want's if people want to keep busting my balls because i use a inlay design of a propeller or a peacock-window-stitch rings... steel joint, ivory joint, ivory over stainless joint.
(just remember) like i said i build what the customer want's
always.:thumbup2:

How exactly did I bust your balls? Build whatever the heck you want, but maybe next time you can give a mention to the person who started this whole thing and who made it desirable. I am not busting your balls or telling you not to take orders, I am asking if you feel like maybe just maybe some credit was due, maybe just a mention rather then beating around the bush and using a term like "Old School"

I always build what the customer want's (sorry my haters) if i can build it i'll build it enough said.

Sorry that you are very dense, I don't see where I said anything about not building what your customer ordered. I also don't see how you could call me a hater, I believe I said I thought it was a nice cue. I just brought up the fact that to me it was odd that you failed to mention the name Szamboti, that was all. I apologize that I struck a nerve, the cue is nice and doesn't deserve this drama, the maker (you) seems to have a guilty conscious about something I am unaware of.

I don't need to mention the name szamboti...it's built by me Leon Sly not szamboti...guilty conscious of what???...these designs are being used by hundreds & hundreds of makers and nothing is ever said when their cues are posted up....BUT when leon sly post up a cue i get attacked....i build cues for a living this is my income. if you haters want to keep beating me down then go for it....just remember karma is a ***** and you will get payed back in your life time!!!

Leon you are a great cuemaker, one of the top 5 in my book. But... still...if this cue would've been signed Joel Dadivas or other Pi makers EVERYBODY would say it's a cheap copy. I love your cues and I love PI cues as well, for me makes no difference. But it does for a lot of people around here...maybe that's the reason of this drama...
A great cue is to be judged by the hit not by design, right players?...lol..if any...

Beautiful work, truly

Hey Leon, I am a sly lover not a sly hater. I think your work looks great and I could care less who came up with the original inlay shapes. So instead of feeding this troll, please respond to my PM about having a new cue made. Onward and upward! Keep up the good work, it speaks for itself:thumbup:

What the heck are you talking about Karma?? What exactly did I say that was negative and where is the attack? Seriously dude learn how to read. Sure every cuemaker has used Szamboti elements the man was the greatest cuemaker of all time, his designs are ageless and still desired by many who can not afford the real deal, so it only makes sense that others will build them for the buyers. Yet when others do it the say "Szamboti tribute" giving credit to the master. You DID NOT get attacked, you and your fan club all jumped to a conclusion and IMO way over reacted. If it makes you feel better you can continue to claim that I said something negative (I did not) and if it's an ego thing where you can't give the originator credit then honestly I feel sorry for you.
It's a nice cue, you do not know how to read and you are not a nice person.

Another great cue as usual Sly, thanks for sharing pics and congrats to the owner.

Can't wait to see what you send me next brother.

Finish

amazing
