Have a old Tim Scruggs sneaky pete for sale and a 2 butt, four shaft case.

Shaft is about 12.75 mm (may be a touch smaller, will try to find some calipers), and cue weighs around 18.5 ounces. I haven't weighed the cue, so not positive about the weight. Just picked it up tonight with the case. Cue looks like old rosewood, has that nice reddish brown color to it. TS is down on the butt.

$330 or best offer, add 15 for shipping and insurance.

I don't if Tim made it or not, but I know it is a older sneaky. Believe it was new in the late 80's, early 90's.

Will leave it up here until sunday and then its off to ebay where I suspect it will sell for more than I'm asking.

condition of butt and shaft?
ruk

Butts and shaft are in good shape for the age of the cue. The shaft has some minor dings in it, not cuts in the wood. Just a few small dents. The butt has a scratch up by the joint that has been there for at least 4 years judging by the color of it. The rest of the butt is in good shape.

Nothing major wrong with the cue. Haven't had a chance to roll the butt and shaft on a table yet, but looking down it appears to be straight.

I know the cue hits very well. The guy I brought it from has had it for at least 8 years, and didn't play very much with it in the last 5 years.

Shaft could use a new tip.

i will buy the cue if it does not sell or he drags his feet.
i will overnight a moneyorder to you.

thanks,

chris

Cue once again sold pending money transfer. If this one doesn't happen its going on ebay

The cue arrived today and I just came back from 5 hour session with it.

It showed normal wear from being an older used cue but no noticeable flaw. The shaft was smooth as baby's butt (not that I'm Michael Jackson :D).
It DOES hit extremely solid.

After all my recent custom cue purchases recently, I fell in love with a sneaky

Any idea how old this cue is? And what is the tip on it?

Tip is most likely a old worn down lepro, that tips been on there for about 5 years. The cue is from the late 80's early 90's I would guess. I know the last two owners of it, and its been around for awhile.

Glad you like it, it is a good hitting cue. Breaks great as well. If you ever decide to part with it give me email. (sellers remorse *lol*)
