Please take a minute and tell me if I recall the board game right I think we called this board Amos and Andy there is to many holes for keno I think, see pictures in look at the goodies post. Thanks Leonard

Yep, both names are right. Weenie Beenie was nearly unbeatable on these boards. In fact he carried one around with him.

A true Amos & Andy board had their picture on it. We used to play 61 on a board like this. Shoot a ball in a hole add up score put on black board. Shoot 1 ball in one hole game over put cue ball in 0 hole game over shoot 15 ball in 0 hole no score. It was all about put a ball on board an draw your cue ball on board as well. Kentucky red neck rotation.

I do remember both the game and the fact that the board had there picture on it now I played 61 some in the 70's and we converted over to check and double check drawing 3 pills, wish somebody here still played. Hey Jay Beenie was at Jaybirds pool room in Myrtle Beach 15 years ago and asked a guy at bar to play roll a ball for 5 dollars, Beenie lost 34,000 dollars to a guy with 40 in his pocket. Jaybird asked Beenie why he lost so much and he said he must have needed it more than me. After that every time I saw Beenie at US Open I'd offer him a seat usually to watch Earl and I allways asked him if he wanted to go play rollaball when the match was over but we never played. i remember it as kino, did play much of it as it didnt require any skill just shoot and hope, a shortstop could beat you, deffelinty not pool!!!!:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

That is freaking amazing I was there and remember that, but I didn't know the specifics. I was trying to recall the board name and how it was played.
 
anyone who thinks that there is no skill involved needs to roll some with weenie(dead) tony watson or ritchie rich. while there certainly is some luck involved these three get the cash a lot more than they book losers. lol
