Can anyone identify the venue in these pictures? I have about 50 nice black and whites 8x10s with the original negatives. Rempe, Margo, Roberts etc.

Did a little search. That is DannyD. shooting. Could be the U.S. Open 14.1 in Chicago.

Those appear to be Fischer tables going by the decal.

Used to be the Sheraton. Now its the Intercontinental. Found some pics of the ballroom and the trim along the balcony and those pillars are the same.

Not Balukas. JB was only 13 in '72, her first of seven-in-a-row.

A while back on eBay I sold 8-10 B&W original 8x10's of an off-road race with Harley Davidsion motorcycles. Probably from the 60's, maybe early 70's. Not sure exactly what the event was, but there was a very large crowd in the background... Neat old pictures, and probably pretty obscure. They went for a pretty penny. I kept the coolest one.

Only reason I knew this is my grandfather had a Fischer table when I was a kid that we ultimately moved into our game room. He built benches for me to go around the table when I was two (have a picture of this). He's probably the biggest reason I got into pool.
