Here is an old poster that we have found and displayed at the South Hills Golden Cue in the Pittsburgh area. Next to it is Jim Marino's 1971 Hustlers All Around trophy from Johnson City. Though I never had the chance to meet Jim Marino, I hear and enjoy stories of how good he was. uploadfromtaptalk1448045978111.jpg

If you are in the Pittsburgh area stop in and see it for yourself. I'm helping a friend here try to keep this great room alive. Joe, the new owner, has put 3 new Diamond's and a Chevillotte billiard in.

P.S. The room still has the 60 seat theatre in the back that now overlooks a new Diamond 9ft.

Hmmm

My mom lives in Robinson and I'll be home for Thanksgiving. What are their rates?

Does the room still have those small lighting fixtures...I got to like them.
Jimmy's father-in-law designed them...he was a lighting engineer.

...and the seating was great, if it's still original...they were airplane seats.

The room runs a special everyday. $10 shoot from 12 pm to close. Or 5.25 hr. We are open 12pm-12, 1ish. Everyday.

Yes, the original lights are still in place. The Diamonds and the billiard table have overhead diamond lights. I'll try to post a pic of the theatre room.

Seeing the theatre type seating makes me think of Terry Stoniers (not sure of the spelling) pool room in Sacramento. Great place, even better man, with a great smile.
