I have not seen any of the old catalogs from the 1960's if you find any let me know.
Again, i have been in his shop, and picked through allot of his cues. It's a Rich, but what do i know' LOL:grin::grin:
Just look at the taper work close, is it perfect like it was turned on a metal lathe, or is it off some, in spots, like it was turned
by hand on a wood lathe? Are the rings cut a tad bit deeper then the wood? little dip in the middle? Allot of his cues had this kind of ring work
on them.
EDIT: I always called them Rich cues, which is wrong. Abe Rich moved from Rich cue company to S. Fl, and started Star Cues. (South Miami)

Like i said, i watched him turn wood by hand, he was something like a 4th generation wood turner. No cue maker alive ever could turn wood like him.
His stories were very interesting.
