Olivewood Takeing shape .

I'm usually the first to go with white with green spec linen wraps. When you live and play within 10 minutes of Tad all your life, you kind of get used to it =) But with this cue, and the wood coloration, I think it would look better with a darker linen. I'm not up on all the variations that are available, but instead of a white with whatever color spec, I would go with something like a brown with a white spec. I just think the lighter color linen would pull the eyes to the wrap rather than to that beautiful olivewood. Of course, that is just my opinion.

This is slowly getting close . Joint not turned down to size , Sealer coat on everthing else . 1 piece laminated maple core . Will have a linen wrap . Havent picked color yet . Maybe black with walnut , or Green with white ?? Help !!! Thanks for looking . Jim

I know it might sound crazy JB, but I was thinking a white linen wrap with tan speckle......Simple, pure, stunning cue, IMO.....:cool:
