I bought this cue new in Vegas from Jerry Olivier in 2007...It's a one of a kind, limited edition...Actually a 16 point cue...8 above wrap and 8 below wrap ...Only one he ever made like this...It's been my main player since then...In 2011 I had it refinished by Olivier...I paid $1200 with 2 shafts when new......Hate to let it go but just looking for something new...Like my 1996 Mustang, 5 speed GT...After 9 years just decided one day to get something new..
This cue looks great in person...The main wood is Bacote...It has 8 points of Curly Maple top and 8 on bottom...
Has rings at A,B,C,D,E..They are double brass rings with Cocobolo inside...
It has a Stack Leather wrap which is sort of 3 colors blended together...Looks great with this cue...Signed "Olivier LTD" above wrap on point...
It's 3/8 x 10 wood to wood joint...
The butt weighs 15.3 ozs...No weight bolt...
Shaft 1, which I played with for 6 years is 3.71 ozs....12.2 mm at bottom of Ferrule...Med. Moori tip...In excellent shape for 6 years old...No dings, etc....
Shaft 2 is brand new...Never hit a ball...Weighs 4.0 ozs...Is 13 mm, and a Med. Moori tip...
The forearm has 3 dings in a different place all inside Curly Maple ponts..Not real visible but you can feel them if looking and then see them..
The butt has the normal rub marks and surface like scratches...Not a lot and not real outstanding to see...The finish is great because it was refinished 2 years ago..
Great balance and great hitting cue...If not I wouldn't of kept it so long..
