One more Rodney Morris question

Wally,

I was thinking a coward like you might ask him yourself in person when you see him next. If you have the balls?????????????

Cheers,

Gremlin ;)

What the hell brought that on?

I think it's a legitimate question. I would have asked him at the Derby City Classic but I did not see him there. He has talked about being in prison before. He did an interview with BD right after he got out.

I just thought it was interesting that he got back up to world class speed pretty quick after he got out.

I'm not trying to downgrade the guy. I like the way he plays.

Was Rodney Morris able to practice at all while he was in prison? Does anybody know?
Yes, they have pool tables in some federal prisons, not all though. But it's not the same as what you might see at your local pool room. The equipment is in bad shape and the competition is scarce. So, as far as practice goes, we were better off not playing and just thinking about it, it was more enjoyable then.

All right everybody just let the guy play. Just enjoy his talent and ability after being away from his game so long. How would you like me to ask you if your divorce affected your game or when you last had a domestic dispute with your partner did it interfere with your practice time. Or when you screwed up on your job and got fired or when you were having an affair with a married woman while you yourself was married. Hell its hard enough living day to day. We all make mistakes. Its nobody's business after a judgement has been handed down and the guy is paying for it. Trying now to make something of himself. I respect TATE for trying to get the record straight but maybe you should try to do some research and homework on it first before putting it on an open forum. Just leave the guy alone and he will reward you with some fantastic pool!

I've been asking that question for 2 years. Sorry if I offended anyone's delicate sensibilities. I think Mr. Morris is a big enough boy to take it.

I wish him good luck and good rolls.

Hmmmm maybe you could go read the trash talking thread for a little while Gremlin.

Wally Im sure your intentions were good ones. But there are a hundred questions that I could ask a pro like Rodney than ones that would bring up a negative experience. Particularly questions you could find out by just posting a general questions and have someone like Rude Dog answer. Im just saying think about how the other person would feel if he was reminded about something he would rather forget.
