One Pocket Break Reply Diagrams?

Good evening all,

Something I have been doing on my home table is Breaking a 1P rack, drawing a diagram of how the balls lay, then using that diagram to figure out different replies to that break. Now there is no way I am the only person that does this. However, I have never heard mention of it in the Forums or at the local Hall.

Is this a common practice among 1P players and is there a resource of other players diagrams for such? I know that the racks seem to repeat themselves to me (pretty much.) I would just like to see how the more experienced players would respond to the same type of breaks.

Anyway. Love the game and just wanting to get better at it. Thanks for any insight.

Go to www.onepocket.org and you will see many diagrams either taken from pictures, video or drawn. We have scenarios and show our reply to getting out of the break or layout, a wealth of info.

What Lenny said is gold.......also....without trying to diagram every possible reply.....my thinking is always to be as aggressive as humanly possible on the reply. It is the only time in the game when the % are with you to take a flyer....AND if you hit it bad.....you still have a chance to get out with your nuts in tact....
