What rule do you use for spotting balls?
You owe two balls. It is your inning at the table and you run all of the available balls off of the table but still owe TWO balls either from scratches are perhaps because of the spot you are giving. Your opponent still needs one ball.
1. Spot both balls simultaneously when there are no more balls to shoot at.
2. Or spot one ball at a time.
I assumed this was a no brainer but there are those who have other opinions so I wanted to hear yours.
