I've been watching one-pocket matches on youtube and playing a little bit of it myself (haven't convinced any friends to try it yet).
In a match between Sylver Ochoa and Larry Evans, I noticed that when the balls got up-table they took an up-table ball and spotted it on the foot-spot for every new inning. I'd never seen this done in any other matches and can't find anything about it in the rules at http://www.onepocket.org/one_pocket_pool_rules.htm
What are they doing? Why?
Thanks.
