Heck, I don't have the extra money, but am thinking about biting the bullet for this beauty.

Is this your cue? Do you know the seller? Did someone start a thread looking for PFD Titlist conversion?

Once again, I know you practically never buy or sell anything yet you post on almost every thread on Wanted/For Sale with "nice ....." or start this type of thread. WHY?????? Can't you go hangout at non-pool related forum?

I'm venting my frustration as ... well, I wanted to steal this cue on eBay so less people knew about the cue better it was for me. Do you ever think about that? Perhaps there are someone us who do the homework and perhaps "deserve" a good value.

I thought you'd change after your break from the board ... but ... sigh ...

Thxs, for the info I got to try my luck on this now. High creditcard bill coming up for next month...
Sorry Jazz ;)

I have a Pfd..

I have one of Paul's cues, one of things is while it looks killer, it plays DAMN good.

Trust me I paid ALOT more for mine than some sap is going to get this cue for.

LOL

GEEE WHIZ it is too bad you could not pull of that "STEAL", but you got an Hour to bid for it.

How many times have I bid on something on e-bay, and lost it in the last TWO MINUTES. It was a BUMMER, but I got over it...;)

Ya know, I juz gotta chime in here. I full agree with Jazz. Countless times there will be a cue on the Bay, that is essentially "under the radar" with an excellent opportunity to pick it up for waaaay under value.

THEN, PoolSleuth or some other AZer, with absolutely no interest in the cue, will Post it here and create all kinds of interest. The Poster doesn't care, because, again, they have no interest in it.

Waddya think? You're "helping those who don't know how to surf Ebay"?? If they can read AZ Posts all on their own, they can read Ebay listings.

If it's your cue, fine. Or your best friends. Or you have some other legitimate reason why you should be pointing it out - fine. Like alerting teh AZ Community that a cue is a scam.

And YES, it happened to me once (one of my listings) and I went ballistic. I didn't want the AZ community to buy the cue. At that time I made my feelings very clear, that no one here should be putting links to Ebay for cues that they have no involvement with.

This isn't about a 2-minute "Snipe bid", it's about advertising cues that you have no affiliation with.

PLEASE! I'm not trying to start a war here, just pointing out why bringing attention to a "great value" is a self-defeating endeavour. See, by telling thousands of people what a great lil' bargain you came across, it will no longer be a great bargain.

Your point was made when you said "THEN, PoolSleuth or some other AZer, with absolutely no interest in the cue".

Thanks for pointing the finger of GUILT in other directions....;)

I was watching this one with some interest but let it go after it exceed my bargain price.
So did anyone pick this cue up from AZ?

BTW Jazz would you have been BUMMED out if you were the seller?????

Shall I say GET OVER IT....

Can't believe that these PFD titlists were only selling for $700 a few years ago and now it's $1200 plus, wow. I remember PFD labeling them as 1 of 6 etc...should of picked a few up then. Oh well, Must be the higher commanding prices for the titlist blank.

Anyone know of any other cues that have jumped in value?

Cuemaster98 maybe you need to be building Cues, not just BLANKS.

BTW can one purchase just one of you BLANK for a Cuemaker to build, or is 10 the Bottom Number you will sell?

Hope you fell better now that you got the off your chest, and as I said , "BTW Jazz would you have been BUMMED out if you were the seller?????"

I am 100% SURE you would have been happy to see the Price of Sale INCREASE on your e-bay item...

Quit flaming me for what many do when they see a DEAL on e-bay. Or something nice being overlooked, as I am not the only Member doing it.

Maybe you need the hiatus JAZZ...............

I think this is the first and only fully coherent post from you I've ever read.

Wow!

Hi PoolSleuth,

Due to our low margin on the blanks as you can imagine, we can't justify selling one at the moments but will consider offering them on ebay when we have loose blanks. Who know if the demand is there, we will offer it but at a higer price.

We will be building full splice cues exclusively in the new year and our hope is that we will have a lot of custom cuemakers displaying their workmanship for sale at our www.splicecues.com website when it's ready. Our website will be dedicated to bringing the traditional full splice cues to the masses. We will be selling full splice cues from all of our blanks design.

I'm hoping to have a lot more variety in the new year, including a 6 and 12 points full spliced blanks and cues. As alway, we will be taking custom orders as well for full splice blanks but minimum quantity is required. For custom full splice cues, we will be sending these orders to certified cue makers that have demonstrated their skills and the playability of their cues. Our goals is to help promotes the workmanship of custom cue makers around the world and bring the quality of these cues to masses.

Duc.
