Only One "4 STAR" Pool Thread Gets Pulled

Bill, we let that thread go on for quite some time and it was degenerating pretty quickly.

You know what's interesting though Mike? Intelligent banter, without the first utterance of profanity is what made it a 4 star thread......Best of luck, $Bill

P.S. Not trying to debate the removal with you though. Might have removed it myself. As you know, it wasn't generating the TYPE of response I was hoping for. Hope you don't mind my trying another slant though.

Okay what does 4 stars mean, and pulling it mean. Any help here ?
 
How are you Beavis? If you go to page 3 on this main forum you will see a thread that was long enough and had enough votes to be rated. It is the only remaining thread on the entire 8 pages that long and it was rated 2 stars at the time it died. The thread Mike and I are discussing was pulled by Mike because it got a little hairy at the end yet had no profanity. It was a 4 out of 5 star thread as voted by the voters. You can vote on a thread yourself....Best of luck Beavis.

i just brought it back with a "test" post. anyway, i don't see a problem with threads going OT. OT is where you can find some of the best threads, best topics. you have to let the threads breathe

Note: Bruin, The one you brought back is the 2 star thread. There is no 4 star thread any more.

well, lemme see now,,,what DEAD thread should i bring back tomorrow....hmmmmmmmmm. i think i'll go back as far as i can and pick the last thread. that way, i won't be playing favorites.
 
wadda ya know,,,it was my post right after mike switched software. the old forum was REALLY sloowwwwwww, so my post was "as long as this new forum is fast". should i bring it back and say "hey, it's still slow" :):):).
